Program Overview

Since it was established in 1977, the Baylor Entrepreneurship Program has been a world wide leader in entrepreneurship education and research.  Over the past 31 years, the Program has garnered national recognition and received many awards for its innovative style, the quality of its faculty, and its rigorous programs.

While the breadth and depth of initiatives aimed at serving our many different constituents continues to expand dramatically, the underlying purpose of our program has remained constant.  That is, we seek to foster in all of our students the entrepreneurial spirit by providing them the tools and skills needed to build profitable entrepreneurial companies, while simultaneously encouraging them to reflect on the core values and ethics that are important in building a meaningful life.

The Baylor Entrepreneurship Program is housed in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.  Baylor is the oldest University in the State of Texas, and is home to over 14,000 students.  3000 of these students are enrolled in the Hankamer School of Business in either an undergraduate or graduate program.
